今年是全面建成小康社会的收官之年，在党坚强有力的领导下，全党全国各族人民正在为取得最后的胜利而奋斗搏击。全面建成小康社会是党和人民事业发展的一桩盛事，认识实现这个目标深刻的战略意蕴，有助于我们更加自觉地坚持和发展中国特色社会主义，朝着更加美好的未来继续前进。

1.决胜全面建成小康社会, 夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利。
